Welcome to Right Angle Ad Tech Private Limited (“Right Angle”). These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our AI and programming courses offered through both offline (B2B) and online (B2C) models to schools, strategic partners, and direct consumers. By registering for our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, which together with our Privacy Policy govern the relationship between Right Angle and you in relation to our services.

  1. Offline Model (B2B Schools):
  • Teaching Structure: Instructors will manage batches of 10 to 40 students with a Teacher to Student Ratio of 1:20.
  • Computational Requirements: Schools must provide at least 20 computers. For enrollments of up to 1,000 students, a lab setup with at least 40 computers is necessary. Right Angle will provide additional computing resources for schools exceeding these enrollments.
  • Course Delivery: Courses are delivered across three levels—Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced—consisting of 28 sessions. Each session ranges from 45 minutes to 1 hour, tailored to the school’s schedule.
  1. Online Model (B2C Direct and Strategic Partners):
  • Teaching Structure: Instructors will manage batches of 10 to 40 students with a Teacher to Student Ratio of 1:10.
  • Technology Requirements: Participants must have access to a computer or laptop with sufficient specifications to support the course software.
  • Course Offerings: Right Angle offers courses at Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels. Each course consists of 28 sessions, with durations tailored to participant schedules, across various packages offering different session frequencies.
  1. Payment Terms:
  • Fees: Course fees are required to be paid in full before the commencement of the course. Fees are detailed during the registration process and may be subject to revisions.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed according to our detailed “Refund and Cancellation Policy,” available for review during registration and incorporated herein by reference.
  1. Intellectual Property Rights:
  • Content Ownership: All course materials, teaching aids, and content provided by Right Angle are proprietary and protected under copyright laws. These materials may not be copied, redistributed, or used other than for personal educational purposes without prior written consent from Right Angle.
  • License to Use: Enrolled students and participating schools are granted a limited license to use course materials for the duration of the course for educational purposes only.
  1. User Obligations:
  • Code of Conduct: Users are expected to maintain a respectful and ethical manner while interacting with course materials and participating in classes. Any form of harassment, cheating, or infringement of intellectual property will result in immediate termination of access with no refund.
  • Technology Use: Users must ensure their technology is secure and capable of supporting the course requirements. Right Angle is not responsible for personal technology failures.
  1. Legal Compliance and Liability:
  • Compliance: Users must comply with all local, state, national, and international laws applicable to their use of Right Angle’s services.
  • Limitation of Liability: Right Angle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services.
  1. Modifications to Terms: Right Angle reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the website and will apply to all future course registrations.
  2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Right Angle is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
